If something's not working or you have a question, write to hello@claystudio.app. Clay Studio is small, so you'll hear back from a real person — usually within two business days. Common questions are answered below.

Manage your subscription

Sunday subscriptions are processed through Apple, not by Clay Studio. To view, change, or cancel your plan:

You can cancel any time. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

All refunds for Sunday are handled by Apple. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Sunday from your purchase history. Clay Studio can't issue refunds directly — Apple controls billing.

Restore purchases

Switching phones, restoring from a backup, or using Sunday on a new device with the same Apple ID? Open Sunday's settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be reactivated using the Apple ID that originally paid for it.

Export your entries

Your check-ins live on your device, not on Clay Studio's servers. You can save a copy at any time from Sunday's settings — look for Export. The file is yours to keep, share, or back up however you'd like.

If you're replacing or resetting your iPhone, export first. Once Sunday is uninstalled, the entries on that device are gone.

Found a bug or have feedback

Write to hello@claystudio.app. There's no ticket system — just an inbox and a person. We read every message, and we'd rather hear from you than not.

If you're reporting a bug, it helps to mention which iPhone model you're on, what version of iOS you're running, and what you were doing when it happened. But none of that is required — even a quick "this is broken" is useful.
